Luke has spent 25 years working across the fenestration industry, starting on the shopfloor of his dad’s business from a very young age before progressing to roles at some of the industry’s biggest names.

He has worked in all areas of business, including purchasing/supply chain, production, processing, accreditation, compliance, HR and installations, and has taught business at both school and college/degree-level.
