Sean Mackey is co-director and owner of Jade, the industry’s pre-eminent tooling company. Originally working as an accountant at J Tools, Sean and his now business partner Adam Jones had the opportunity to buy out the business, and several years later to do the same with their main competitor Jade Engineering. Sean and Adam have established the Jade’s position as a crucial element within the entire industry supply chain, from providing tooling to plugging gaps in manufacturing processes with their infamous green niche machines.
