Alex began her marketing career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent over a decade developing her expertise with one of the world's leading FMCG organisations. Taking a bold step from the world of nappies and shampoo into the fenestration industry, she joined Ultraframe as Marketing Director in 2016.

Since joining Ultraframe, Alex has built a highly skilled in-house marketing team dedicated to helping customers generate more sales through innovative marketing and training support. Under her leadership, the team has developed a wide range of initiatives, from immersive 3D digital samples and ready-to-deploy marketing campaigns to specialist remote-selling toolkits that helped retailers continue trading successfully during lockdowns and beyond.

Following the launch of Ultraframe's consumer brand, hup!, the company has become one of the sector's leading supplier-led lead generators, delivering hundreds of high-quality homeowner enquiries to customers every week. Today, her marketing team includes specialists in SEO, PPC, social media and AI, all focused on continuously enhancing and evolving Ultraframe's lead generation services to support customer growth and success.
